By Patriot's Hand ~
The letters of freedom
Are written in red,
Spelled out in courage,
By those who have bled.
Their hands, worn and weary
Grasp with true vigor,
Rousing in strength,
The terms they deliver.
The letters they write
Are hallowed and dear,
To follow the call
Of honor they hear.
Our liberty's letters,
Are bought with a price,
By those brave enough,
Who serve with their lives…
Our freedoms are etched,
By the brave of our land…
Written in valor,
By Patriot's hand!
Bold letters of freedom
Emblazoned in red,
Inscribed by our soldiers,
The living and dead…
May God guide them now,
As they pay the demand,
May we never forget,
Our Patriot's Hand!
