~ Prayer To Great Spirit ~

Great Spirit, give peace
Blessing hearts of all and each.
That all be caught up in Spirit wind
and call all we meet friend.

Let me judge no woman or man
until I have walked their heart's land
in their life's moccasins ...
My own spirit pure within.

Fill hearts with honor and respect for all
to walk with spirits tall.
To always feel your presence near
See and know Great Spirit's truth clear.

Let me walk with heart and eyes wide
with wolf spirit as my guide ...
To leave foot prints on life's trail
Always Blessed, unwilling to fail.

As shadows fall over my last sun set ...
Lest none should forget ...
Let me come without shame
Honor to follow my name.
